What I enjoy the most of working at cloudWerkstatt is the good mood, not only with my team mates, but with the rest of the colleagues in the company. Having fun at the workplace makes everything easier. I also appreciate the flexibility of working remote whenever I want or visit the office when I miss the face to face interaction (and to beat them at Mario Kart). The projects we run are challenging, working within international engagements with engineers from other countries, supporting infrastructure for critical applications, learning from colleagues with decades of experience but also helping colleagues that started their IT journey more recently has put to the test my hard and soft skills, which overall helped me improve as engineer.
