A typical consultant’s working day with a client usually starts with a team stand-up or something similar. At this meeting, the topics of the last working day are discussed, but also new tasks. After that, we already start implementing, documenting and, if necessary, also discussing the tasks. Smaller team workshops often need to be held, especially at the beginning of a project. The functionality and handling, including the so-called best practices of the software/infrastructure to be implemented, should be presented here so that the company can also deal successfully with the software/infrastructure set up on its own. The infrastructure, organisation and tools used differ from client to client, which means that every project is varied and you can always learn something new yourself.
