Day 2 – System Operations

During this process, we establish a feedback loop that will determine monitoring defined on the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and procedures to follow in case a problem occurs.
This means we obtain information from the monitoring systems (i.e. resources usage and metrics, application performance monitoring) and if an issue arises, we orient the root cause of the issue, find a way to solve it and implement the correct solution. This cycle is continuously repeated to ensure your systems keep up and running.
