Version 3.0 vom 21.08.2023

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions ( GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that the following data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: Name, email address, telephone number, position, company data, bank details. The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the fee for our services, as well as to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years) or any longer claims for compensation or warranty. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web-Analytics

This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo.

Using Matomo, we are able to collect and analyse data about the usage of our website by website visitors. This enables us to find out, for example, when which page views were made and from which region they come. We also collect various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browsers and operating systems used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).

The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website owner has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the saving of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The approval can be revoked at any time.

IP-anonymisation

We use IP anonymisation when analysing with Matomo. In this case, your IP address is truncated before analysis so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.

Matomo Hosting

We host Matomo only on our own servers, so all analytics data remains with us and is not shared.

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process information voluntarily provided on areas of interest. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: office@cloudwerkstatt.com. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This cancellation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the cancellation.

Your rights

With regard to your data stored by us, you are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to us office@cloudwerkstatt.com or the data protection authority.
